A new generation cold paint stripper - Pantex CF 55
The reclassification of the solvent NMP (N-methyl-2-pyrroldione) has been concerning
all those who deal with paint stripping. The 31st ATP (Adaptation to Technical
Progress) to the Dangerous Substances Directive 67/548/EEC will be included
in the GHS-Regulation (EC) Nr. 1272/2008 (Regulation on classification, labelling,
packaging). Starting with December 1st all formulations containing more than
5% NMP must be labelled as toxic.

NABU-Oberflächentechnik GmbH has addressed this problem and has developed a new cold paint stripper for removing polyester- and mixed powders: Pantex CF 55.
Pantex CF 55 is free of NMP, free of methylene chloride and free of any other chlorinated or phenolic solvents. It is able to strip paint without leaving residues, even in corners; and this with short stripping times and virtually without any evaporation loss.
Pantex CF 55 - a cold paint stripper already conforming to future regulations.
