New: Nabutan 300 - zirconium based chrome-free conversion coating for magnesium and steel


Each material has its own special requirements. This is especially true for chrome-free pretreatment. We developed Nabutan 300 in order to obtain the best results, particularly on magnesium and steel surfaces. As a zirconium based chrome-free conversion coating Nabutan 300 is particularly suited for pretreating aluminium, cast aluminium, cast magnesium, steel and galvanised steel. It is very effective on magnesium and phosphated steel surfaces and has a lasting effect on improving the metals' corrosion resistance and their paint adherence.

Nabutan 300 can be used for spray plants and dipping plants. It is applied as a dried in place coating or with rinse technique.
