NABU Oberflächentechnik GmbH itself was established in 1993, but NABU products have existed for a longer time. Since 1982, first under the umbrella of VAW Vereinigte Aluminium Werke and then independently, the NABU brand has been associated with top-quality pretreatment chemicals combined with premium service.
From the very beginning our focus has been on environmentally friendly state-of-the-art technologies.
NABU has been distributing the chromium-free pretreatment products of the US company BULK Chemicals Inc. since 1997, and is especially experienced in this area.
To offer customers an even broader range of products for surface pretreatment the affilate Chemophos-Oberflächentechnik GmbH in Traun, Austria, has been acquired in 2002. With this acquisition we have been able to add to our portfolio of products a new range of pretreatment chemicals, especially for steel.
Customers all over Europe trust our products. With a network of distribution partners we remain true to our philosophy of offering the best on-the-spot support.
Ever since the inception of our firm, our focus has been on helping our customers apply our products to their needs.
